The parts did show up, but the tracking was barely updating, which was kind of annoying. It came a day late too, so that not great was. The box was in fine shape though, so overall it wasn’t a total mess

I was having trouble with my battery and wasn’t sure what I needed. Something told me to stop by AutoZone, and I’m glad I did. The guy there checked it really quick and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I didn’t feel rushed or like he was trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Just solid, helpful customer service.

I needed a battery and a couple tools quick, but I wasn’t trying to dump all that money at once. autozone had the payment option right there at checkout, and it was easy enough to figure out. Nothing weird, no runaround, just picked it and kept moving. Basically helped me get the stuff I needed that day without wrecking my budget.

I’ve used autozone a handful of times over the past year, mostly for basic parts and quick pickup, and that part has usually been easy. The only thing that’s tripped me up a few times is the coupons. Just last week I thought a promo was going to apply, but once I got to checkout there was some condition I hadn’t noticed. It’s not a huge deal, and I still got what I needed, but I wish the coupon details were easier to see earlier in the process before spending time putting an order together.

That said, some of the signage and wording on the labels felt a bit misleading, like items weren’t exactly where you’d expect based on what the signs said. The store wasn’t dirty, but a few shelves were messy and some products were in the wrong spots, which made it more annoying to shop. The floor by the entrance also looked like it could’ve used a quick sweep. Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, just average. I’d probably go back, but they could definitely do a better job keeping things organized and making the labels clearer.
